SMS alerts
Olson Tech, LLC sends automated security and outage alerts by text message to its own on-call staff from +1 218-210-1406. There is no public sign-up: a staff member's mobile number is added to the internal on-call configuration with their consent during on-call onboarding.
- Collected
- The mobile number you provide, and delivery records for the alerts sent to it.
- Used for
- Sending security and outage alerts about Olson Tech, LLC infrastructure, and nothing else.
- Shared
- Only with the messaging carrier and SMS delivery provider, and only as needed to deliver the alerts.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent is given verbally during on-call onboarding. Before your number is added, an authorized administrator reads you this statement, and your number is added only if you agree:
